Who has never played Scrabble? The iconic green board, the square letter tiles, the fabric pouch, and the “double score” spots. Sound familiar? Us too.
The game is now on between Nonante Cinq and the Belgian Scrabble Federation, for various assignments : public relations and digital campaigns, as well as an audit of their communication channels.
The game begins with AWARENESS, scoring 18 points. Our mission? To get people talking about the Belgian Federation, which was celebrating its 50th anniversary, while also announcing the upcoming World Championship of the word game. A winning move, as articles appeared in outlets such as L’Avenir, Sud Presse, La Province, RTBF.be, and even in the Dutch-speaking media like Knack.
The second word is SPONSORING, worth 13 points. Through a sponsored digital campaign, our goal was to communicate more deeply and precisely about the upcoming Championship.
The game ends with the word AUDIT, worth 6 points. Our team thoroughly analyzed the Federation’s website and social media channels to provide recommendations for improving their overall communication.
