Located in the heart of Liège on Saint-Lambert Square, the Galeries St-Lambert are one of the most important shopping centres in Wallonia, bringing together 40 stores, Horeca establishments, and several major international brands. In a context of revitalisation following infrastructure works related to the arrival of the tram, the Galeries approached us to enhance their image and strengthen their attractiveness.

The strategy implemented aimed to support the retailers and reaffirm the role of the Galeries St-Lambert as a commercial and social engine of the city centre. Through a targeted media campaign, we succeeded in generating a strong and positive visibility, with significant outcomes such as a report on the RTBF news and articles in La DH, La Libre, as well as on RetailDetail. These actions contributed to repositioning the Galeries as a dynamic, accessible, and fully revitalised place.
