The brunch concept has become essential in Brussels, POZ has developed in less than three years with three locations: Châtelain, Parvis Saint-Pierre and now Sablon. The brand stands out for its warm atmosphere, its plant decor and especially its legendary pancakes, its local menu and its simple philosophy: to sit down, slow down and enjoy.
POZ" requested the agency to support the opening of its new location in Sablon. The objective was to strengthen its awareness, establish the brand as a reference for brunch in Brussels and support its ambition to become a key player in the sector in Belgium. We implemented a campaign in women's and lifestyle media, while targeting generalist press.
The campaign generated significant visibility in publications such as Flair, GAEL, as well as in the generalist press like La Libre and Sudinfo. The result? A notable opening, a strengthened positioning and a brand now well established in the Brussels brunch scene. With an ambition to expand its presence to 8 or 10 establishments in the coming years, POZ" is asserting itself as an essential reference.
