Context

Founded in Liège in 2014 by Lionel Rosu and Olivier Calvaer, BILLY quickly established itself as a unique digital accounting solution, combining an intuitive in-house developed application with the expertise of certified accountants. Aimed at liberal professions and services, the fintech meets a growing need for tailored solutions for self-employed individuals, whether they are lawyers, physiotherapists, or architects.

Strategy

We worked with Billy to enhance its media visibility, highlighting its unique hybrid model and expertise on relevant topics such as electronic invoicing. Through a series of media appearances, notably in L'Echo, Le Soir, and La Libre, Lionel Rosu was able to share his tax expertise, capitalising on the mandatory shift to electronic invoicing.

Results

This strategy has allowed BILLY to gain recognition, reaching a wider audience and consolidating its expert position in the market. With 3,500 clients and a team of 55 employees, the fintech has clear ambitions for the future: to support 50,000 clients within ten years and become the national reference in the accounting sector for self-employed individuals.
