May 2026
Founded in 2022 by Douglas Closset, Les Suspendus is a Belgian company specialising in difficult access work and rope work. With over 800 projects to its name — including iconic sites such as the Brussels Stock Exchange and the Citadel of Namur — the company establishes itself as an agile, quick and secure alternative to traditional scaffolding. True 'sentinels of the building', these elite rope access technicians intervene where conventional structures are overwhelmed, combining precise safety (IRATA international standards) with total respect for heritage.
After a meteoric rise and a strategic restructuring, the company now relies on a solid model with a clear objective: to surpass one million euros in turnover by 2026 while establishing the profession of rope access technician as the future solution for the sector in Belgium.
To support the rise of Les Suspendus and validate their model with real estate and industry stakeholders, we orchestrated an impactful public relations campaign. The goal? To move away from the stereotype of 'stunt performers' and establish the image of an indispensable technical elite.
By focusing on varied angles — from the business trajectory of the entrepreneur from Cinac to the spectacular nature of projects such as the restoration of the tower of Namur Castle — we captured the interest of numerous media outlets in the country.
The media fallout has been massive and prominent, reaching business, local, and general press, but especially gaining exceptional visibility with notably three television news segments.
