Singa is a Belgian association dedicated to connecting refugees with Brussels residents. The NGO has launched several projects, including "CALM," which aims to create lasting and sustainable cohabitations between newcomers seeking housing in Brussels and existing flatshares with available rooms.

To spotlight this meaningful initiative and give it new momentum, the association entrusted us with a national press campaign as well as community management. A beautiful project that resonates deeply with the values of our agency !

SINGA was struggling to find hosts interested in joining the initiative. We therefore launched a press campaign targeting both major national media and specialized outlets to raise awareness among the project’s target audience. Given the importance of digital strategy, we also designed an effective communication plan to broaden the project’s visibility on social media.

The project quickly attracted media attention. We secured three TV news features (RTBF Info, LN24, BX1), radio broadcasts (Vivacité, Nostalgie, RCF, Arabel), as well as articles in print media (La Libre Belgique, La DH, RTBF.be, La Capitale, Guido, etc.).

On the digital side, in just two months, the association’s social media engagement and interactions significantly increased. Overall, our content reached over 200,000 unique accounts across Facebook and Instagram.
